About the Role
The Director, Global Strategic Programs is a commercial leader responsible for converting SharkNinja's commercial ambition into measurable, repeatable outcomes — POS and revenue growth, margin, share, and the efficient investment of our global commercial spend. Operating as a trusted advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer and a key orchestrator of the commercial agenda, this leader aligns strategy, operating model, processes, and AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate value creation across the global commercial engine.
The Director, Global Strategic Programs leads the execution of ACE (the Agentic Commercial Engine) and the broader portfolio of commercial initiatives — commercial intelligence, revenue growth management, category planning, media and social analytics, and international expansion. It requires exceptional commercial acumen, executive influence, and the ability to mobilize Sales, Marketing, Social, Finance, SS&A, and IT to deliver improvements in growth, margin, speed, and decision quality. The Director, Global Strategic Programs drives outcomes not only by solving problems, but by building the durable mechanisms, operating rhythms, and adoption that raise commercial performance across every category, market, and channel.
What You'll Do: Commercial Strategy, Execution, and Growth
Commercial Strategy & Alignment
Translate the commercial growth agenda into clear programs, workstreams, KPIs, and execution plans tied to POS, revenue, margin, and share.
Own the commercial action tracker and burn-down — keeping owners, dates, and status current as a single source of truth on execution health across the Marketing and Sales organizations.
Establish and run the commercial operating rhythms (SCRs, weekly opportunity reviews) that reinforce accountability, transparency, and rapid decision-making.
Lead ACE & Commercial Intelligence
Drive day-to-day execution of ACE…
