Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.   You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.   How You Will Make an Impact  ·       Lead, mentor, and develop a team of investor services professionals, fostering a high-performance and client-centric culture. ·       Oversee all aspects of investor communication, including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, statements, and ad-hoc inquiries. ·       Act as a primary point of contact for key client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring service delivery excellence. ·       Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., fund accounting, legal, compliance, technology) to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution. ·       Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. ·       Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC) and internal compliance policies. ·       Participate in client due diligence meetings and present on SS&C's investor services capabilities. ·       Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements to optimize investor service operations. ·       Prepare and review management reports, client reporting, and internal metrics. ·       Contribute to business development initiatives by providing expertise and support during client pitches and proposals.
