This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of land development, from entitlement and engineering through construction and turnover, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgetary targets, and regulatory compliance. Theis role leads a high-performing team, drives cross-functional collaboration, and serves as one of the points of contact for the Division with municipalities, utility providers, and development partners. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  Lead the strategic planning and execution of land development activities across multiple master-planned communities and large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with Division growth and operational goal. Oversee all phases of land development, including entitlement, engineering, permitting, horizontal construction, and amenities ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Direct and mentor a team of development managers, engineers, and field staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
