Responsible for the oversight of Ontario’s transplant network, the Director leads the 24/7/365 operation of the provincial transplant system, including organ allocation, organ recovery coordination, and system-wide transplant initiatives that improve patient outcomes and ensure consistency, fairness, and excellence across the care continuum.
