What You'll Do Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using the dish machine and three-compartment sink. Monitor dish machine temperatures and sanitizer levels and report any problems to a manager. Return clean dishes and equipment to their proper storage areas so stations stay stocked during service. Keep the dish area clean, organized, and free of clutter throughout the shift. Empty trash, recycling, and compost and keep disposal areas clean. Sweep and mop floors, clean mats, and help maintain overall kitchen cleanliness. Handle cleaning chemicals safely and use required PPE. Assist with basic food prep, restocking, and deliveries as directed. Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep service running smoothly.
