Core Competencies Ownership & Accountability: Critical for the role Employee Relations & Employment Law Acumen: Demonstrates strong working knowledge of local labour laws and applies it to manage complex ER matters Business Acumen & Financial Understanding – Connects business metrics (revenue, productivity, cost drivers) with people strategies; translates data into actionable decisions. Data-Driven Decision Making – Strong ability to analyze workforce data, identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose data‑backed recommendations.
