Requirements
What You'll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial dock and door equipment at customer locations
Perform preventative maintenance inspections and recommend repairs as needed
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Repair and service dock levelers, overhead doors, high-speed doors, vehicle restraints, seals, shelters, and related equipment
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through reliable service
Document service work accurately and completely
Maintain and manage service tools, equipment, and company vehicle
Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
Work independently while coordinating with the service team as needed

Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
Maintain high levels of first-time fix success
Deliver consistent, high-quality service that strengthens customer relationships
Maintain accurate and timely service documentation

Background & Experience
3+ years of experience servicing commercial dock and door equipment, industrial equipment, construction equipment, or a related field
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Ability to work independently and manage…
