Position Summary
The DOCUMENT CONTROL SPECIALIST is responsible for assisting in day-to-day document control activities needed to sustain current business, ensure document compliance, and support project development.
Diligently analyze and organize all project documentation
Assists in the completion, filing, and tracking of reports to accompany documentation
Assists with the administration of company platforms and project management portals
Manages records in accordance with company standards
Ensures all documentation meets compliance requirements
Effectively communicate with managers, project personnel, and clients in accordance with company and client policies
Participates in project team meetings and retain knowledge of all commissioning activities and field reports, as well as the status of all document reviews
Ability to work towards proficiency in interpreting and clarifying engineering drawings
Assists in reviewing and making recommendations for improvements in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures
Ability to complete company specific training programs
Assist with business administration responsibilities and additional duties as needed
