This position provides leadership to the shipping team, coordinates workflow across departments, manages inventory and payroll functions, and promotes a safe, efficient, and productive work environment   while   meeting company standards and customer expectations.   Supervisory Responsibilities:     Supervises, coaches, and supports shipping team members to ensure efficient daily operations.   Assigns and   monitors   daily workloads to meet shipping schedules and productivity goals.   Coordinates employee schedules, attendance, and vacation requests to   maintain   adequate staffing levels.   Addresses employee concerns and recommends corrective or disciplinary actions   in accordance with   company policies.   Promotes a safe, organized, and productive work environment by ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures.   Collaborates with management to   identify   opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency.   Duties/Responsibilities:   Supervises staff.
