About the role:
Bring your coordination, administration and commercial skills to a role that supports responsible land access across our Integrated Gas (Coal Seam Gas) operations. Working closely with Land Access teams, you'll coordinate agreement preparation, contract governance and compliance activities, helping ensure land access arrangements are processed efficiently, executed correctly and maintained in line with business and regulatory requirements. You'll also contribute to drafting, varying and renewing a range of property and land access agreements.
Why the role matters?
Draft and coordinate the preparation, variation, renewal and execution of land access and commercial agreements and statutory notices supporting petroleum and gas activities.
Manage contract governance, documentation, approvals and execution processes to ensure compliance with Origin standards and statutory obligations.
Maintain agreement templates, records and administrative processes that support efficient delivery across Land Access teams.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on land access and execution processes and compliance obligations.
Assist with interpreting contracts, legislation, policies and procedures to identify appropriate land access pathways and outcomes.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden and improve business processes.
What will you bring?
Experience coordinating contracts, agreements, governance processes or administration activities within a complex business environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and competing stakeholder requirements.
Confidence working with detailed documentation, contracts, policies and procedural requirements.
Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to support and guide diverse teams.
Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in simplifying and enhancing processes.
Relevant tertiary qualifications are advantageous, ideally in law, business, property or a related discipline, together with exposure to land access, property, rural industries, resources or the CSG sector.
