Drilling Supervisor, Shift

Job Description: Manage day/shift drilling activities, ensuring adherence to the drilling program and company standards. Assist and provide advice to Lead Drilling Supervisor and/or D&C Superintendent (or it's designated). Active, visible and committed in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) by applying a high priority to safety performance of all drilling and completion operations. Active, visible and committed in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) by applying a high priority to safety performance in the planning and evaluation of all drilling and completion operations. Actively participated in HAZID/HAZOP/JSA/RA and other HSE program. Ensure compliance with Company's Standards and Procedures. Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of experience in Drilling & Completions operations; with minimum of 5 years of HTHP (or minimum 5 HTHP wells) experience. Proven operator-side experience in the North Malay Basin and/or JDA area. Strong understanding of HSE legislation and standards. Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English. Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
