Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC units and building automation systems. Complete structured technical training courses to earn trade certifications and unlock career advancement opportunities. Fulfill initial union apprenticeship standards and course requirements. Qualifications & Requirements 4+ years of mechanical troubleshooting, electrical diagnostics, or military technical experience (MOS/Rating in mechanical, electrical, or hull maintenance preferred). Base understanding of mechanical equipment and system maintenance practices. Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct when representing the organization. Self-motivated with the discipline to operate independently in high-demand environments. Preferred Qualifications Formal technical education, trade school background, or military specialized training.
