Driver Recruiter

Use applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards Cold call and respond to calls quickly Pre-screen potential applicants Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer Schedule driver orientations and training Run reports such as background checks MVR and DAC reports as well as other administrative duties Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads The desire to build relationships with flatbed drivers over the phone. Able to maintain a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced work environment. Goal driven. The ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an Associates degree with a minimum of two years office related experience (required).
