主な職務 | Job Responsibility • 部門/ Service Sales & Operations • タイトル/Job Title: Driver Trainer • リポートライン/ Reporting line: Service Sales Manager • 募集人数/ Number of openings: 1 主な職務 | Job Responsibility Scania Japan のドライバートレーナーは、Scania Japanのドライバートレーニング・パイロットをリードし、ドライバーが初日からScania車両の価値を体感できる仕組みを構築します。標準化されたドライバー導入トレーニング、運用パフォーマンス向上、燃費改善、デジタルサービス活用促進を通じて、顧客がScaniaソリューションのポテンシャルを最大限に引き出せるよう支援します。 In this role, you will lead the Scania Japan driver training pilot, shaping how drivers experience our vehicles from day one. You will standardize onboarding, improve operational performance, and actively coach customers to unlock the full potential of Scania solutions — from driving efficiency to digital service adoption. • Scaniaブランドを顧客接点で体現し、車両技術、性能、Scaniaの価値を日々の運転行動に落とし込む。 • ドライバー、フリートマネージャー、ディーラーパートナーと直接関わり、信頼関係を構築しながら運転行動の変化を促進する。 • トレーニングプログラムを顧客およびパイロット拠点で直接実施する。 • My Scania / Driver App 等を含む事前課題および研修後フォローを管理する。 • フィードバックとKPI関連の観察事項を収集し、パイロットモデルを改善し、将来的なTrain-the-Trainer展開の基盤構築に貢献する。 • Represent Scania in front of customers by translating our values, technology, and performance into everyday driver behavior. • Engage directly with drivers, fleet managers, and dealer partners, building trust and influencing behavior on the road. • Deliver the 1-day training program directly to customers and pilot sites, including practical coaching and classroom/workshop-based sessions. • Manage pre-work and post-training follow-up, including My Scania / Driver App activities, and capture feedback and KPI-related observations to improve the pilot model. • Contribute to building the internal training model and foundation required for future Train-the-Trainer deployment across the dealer network. 応募要件・必須経験 | Required Qualifications & Experience • 大型自動車免許を保有していること。 • 実車でのトラック運転コーチングと座学ファシリテーションの双方に対応できること。 • 経営層、管理者、ドライバーに対する高いコミュニケーション能力を有すること。 • 既存プログラムの実施だけでなく、新しい仕組みを構築できること。 • 顧客・ディーラー拠点への出張を含め、柔軟に対応できること。 • Heavy-duty driving license is mandatory. • Able to coach practical truck driving as well as facilitate classroom sessions. • Strong communication and facilitation skills with executives, managers, and drivers. • Comfortable building a new program, not only delivering an existing one. • Willing to travel and operate flexibly across customer and dealer locations. 業界のこだわり| Industry -自動車業界経験者 | experience in the auto industry • ドライバートレーニング、技術研修、またはファシリテーション／ワークショップ型トレーニングの経験。 • トラック業界またはOEM製品知識。 • トレーナートレーニングまたは認定プログラムへの参加経験。 • Experience in driver training, technical training, or facilitation/workshop-based training. • Truck industry or OEM product knowledge. • Experience participating in trainer training or certification programs. 一般的なコンピューターとマイクロソフトオフィススキル(ワード/エクセル/パワーポイント)/ General computer and Microsoft office(word/excel/power point) skills 言語/ Language - 日本語ネイティブ+英語ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 700点以上）/ Native Japanese + Business English (TOEIC 700 over) 転職回数/ Number of job changes - ４､5年一つの企業での就業 / Worked for one company at least for 4-5 years 外国人雇用/ Foreign Employment:…
