Job Title: DUA/MRC Technician
Location: London/Hybrid (Typically 2/3 days in the office)

What you will do:
Assisting the COO in delivering the following
Draft and finalise all DUA contracts across the Axiiem Portfolio, including any endorsements as and when required.
Proactively manage and initiate the renewal process of each DUA
Maintain an awareness of DUA market updates and ensure that Axiiem DUA’s are always aligned to any new requirements
Proactive engagement with carriers to address any queries
Proactive management of DUA limits and triggers
Ensure that such DUA’s are created within the Whitespace template builder
Proactively maintain all elements of ATLAS and DCOM
Potentially contribute to the creation of MRC contracts for the Broker Role
Systems & Technology
Thorough awareness of Whitespace product builder
Knowledge of Broker/ Coverholder PAS
Back Offices processes
Ensure reporting of KPI’s and performance against SLA’s
