Duty Manager (Sales)

Internal applicants should use their @citystgeorges.ac.uk The Duty Manager (Sales) will supervise CitySport (a university sports facility) and all operational staff when scheduled as Duty Manager in charge. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth dayto-day operations including customer service, Leisure Management System administration, equipment set ups/downs, and health and safety practices. The post holder will also support the implementation of any Sport and Wellness wellbeing, fitness, or sport programmes and events. The post holder will generate new sales leads, manage customer communications, and organise out-reach activities.
