We sell business networking and security products to the people who install them — installers, MSPs and system integrators — and, increasingly, to the small business owners buying for their own office, shop, restaurant or warehouse. These are considered purchases. Orders run into the hundreds of dollars, buyers compare against alternatives, and many of them are not networking experts. Most of the people who land on our store are genuinely interested — and most of them still leave without ordering. Closing that gap is this role. You will own the buying experience end to end: find where it breaks down, decide what to change, and see those changes through to live. Not a research role that hands over a deck, and not a store administrator who executes someone else's list — you bring the evidence, you make the call, and you drive it through design, engineering and agency partners until it ships and you can show what it moved. What You'll Own The buying experience, and the number that measures it. Own conversion from landing to completed order, and the store experience that determines it — navigation and collection structure, product pages, comparison and selection aids, cart and checkout, on-site search. Finding the friction, with evidence. Funnel analysis, session recordings, on-site search logs, checkout drop-off, pre-sales and support question mining, and direct customer input through surveys or interviews. Know the difference between a real problem and a personal preference. Making it ship. Write the requirement, prioritize honestly against effort, and work it through design, IT and our agency partners to launch — then verify it actually helped. A recommendation that never goes live is worth nothing here. Reducing the evaluation burden. Our buyers are choosing between systems, not products: help them compare models, understand compatibility and deployment scenarios, size what they need, and reach a human when they want one.
