Role Overview
We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Executive / Assistant E-Commerce Operations Manager to manage the complete backend operations of our e-commerce and quick-commerce channels.
The role will be responsible for marketplace operations, FBA fulfillment, inventory management, listing/catalog operations, stock availability, returns, shipments, PO processing, invoicing, appointment-based deliveries, and inventory planning/forecasting .
This is a purely operations-focused role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketplace Operations
Manage day-to-day backend operations across Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Meesho, Blinkit and other e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms .
Monitor marketplace dashboards for pending actions, errors, inactive SKUs and operational issues.
Coordinate with marketplace teams, warehouse teams, logistics partners and internal teams for smooth operations.
Ensure all operational activities are completed within defined timelines.
Identify operational gaps and proactively follow up for resolution.
Maintain daily operational trackers and MIS.
2. Amazon FBA & Fulfillment
Create and manage Amazon FBA shipment plans based on inventory requirements.
Prepare SKU-wise shipment quantities and coordinate with the warehouse for dispatch.
Generate shipment labels, box labels and required documentation.
Track FBA shipments from creation to delivery/check-in.
Monitor FBA inventory, stranded inventory and fulfillment issues.
Track shipment discrepancies, missing/damaged inventory and receiving issues.
Raise and follow up on Amazon cases for operational issues.
Ensure adequate inventory availability across fulfillment locations.
3. Inventory Management
Monitor SKU-wise inventory across marketplaces, warehouses and fulfillment centers .
Track daily stock levels, sales velocity and inventory cover.
Calculate and monitor Daily Run Rate (DRR) .
Identify potential stock-out and overstock situations.
Prepare replenishment requirements based on:
Current inventory
DRR
Lead time
Open orders/POs
In-transit inventory
Warehouse stock
Marketplace stock
Coordinate with warehouse/supply-chain teams for timely replenishment.
Monitor inventory mismatches between physical and marketplace stock.
4. Inventory Planning & Forecasting
Support SKU-level demand planning and inventory forecasting .
Prepare 15/30/45/60-day inventory projections as required.
Forecast future inventory requirements based on historical sales and current run rate.
Identify upcoming stock-out risks and communicate them proactively.
Support event/season-based inventory planning.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and business teams to ensure inventory readiness.
Maintain inventory planning and replenishment trackers.
