Join Our Team as E-Learning Executive 🚀 The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, optimisation, and day-to-day administration of the organisation’s e-learning ecosystem and Learning Management System (LMS). Working as part of the Training Team, the role supports the successful delivery of digital learning programmes, webinars, training events, and Sinclair College projects. Learning Management System & E-Learning Platform Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (Totara 19), ensuring content, users, courses, and learning resources are accurate, accessible, and up to date. Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the e-learning platform to improve user experience and learning effectiveness. Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process and platform improvements. Coordinate with relevant technical teams or external providers to investigate and resolve system issues and bugs. Report, track, and follow up on technical issues through to resolution. 2. E-Learning Content Management Create, upload, update, and maintain digital learning content and training resources. Ensure content is accurate, current, appropriately structured, and aligned with learning objectives. Support the development and implementation of new e-learning modules and digital learning solutions. Coordinate content updates with global and regional stakeholders. 3. Reporting & Data Analysis Develop, implement, and maintain LMS reports and dashboards. Monitor learner participation, completion rates, engagement, and other relevant learning metrics.
