Education Aide

Education Aide Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:30 PM Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a c ompassionate, dependable, and student-focused Education Aide to join our educational team and provide meaningful support to students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. As an Education Aide, you'll work alongside teachers and multidisciplinary professionals to create a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom environment where students can learn and grow. You'll provide individualized and small-group support, assist with classroom instruction and behavior strategies, and help students develop the skills they need to succeed both academically and personally. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with children, particularly children with behavioral challenges, preferred. Valid driver's license required . Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and interpersonal skills.
