For more information about joining our team, please visit us at www.texascapitalbank.com .   Responsibilities: Support the overall operations of the Retail line of business (LOB), fostering collaboration to drive new technology solutions and the vendor lifecycle management and providing thought leadership to the Retail LOB. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, legal, compliance, risk, marketing, technology, operational partners and other key stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Serve as a strategic partner to Retail Banking leadership, driving execution of key business initiatives and enterprise priorities. Monitor projects and participate in the preparation and delivery of presentations to various levels of management in written and verbal formats, including documenting, analytics, program status and goals met. Devising new programs that support the organization’s objectives Support system implementations, process enhancements, operational readiness activities, and change management efforts. Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations. Provide guidance and support to team members while adhering to bank guidelines, policies, and applicable laws. Facilitate cross-team collaboration and provide feedback, operational, and administrative support for the Retail Banking Compliance and Governance Manager and Head of Retail Banking.
