Electrical Compliance Officer (Fixed Term Contract – 12 Months)

Grade 4- £31611- £33987pa 1 Year Fixed Term Contract/Secondment The Electrical Compliance Officer will support the delivery of electrical compliance across the Council’s housing stock by maintaining accurate records, reviewing electrical certificates, coordinating works with contractors, monitoring compliance actions, and supporting performance reporting. We are looking for candidates with strong administrative, organisational, communication, and data management skills. Experience in electrical compliance is desirable but not essential, and applicants with transferable skills from areas such as administration, customer service, housing, property services, or project coordination are encouraged to apply. Full training and support will be provided to help the successful candidate develop in the role. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, although secondment opportunities may be considered for the right candidate.
