Electrical Engineer & Office Manager

Hatra Energie, a Germany-based company specializing in solar energy system installation, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Electrical Engineer & Office Manager for our new branch in Nineveh, Iraq . About the Role: This exciting dual role combines technical expertise with leadership and management skills. Technical Expertise: You will manage all aspects of solar energy system design, installation, and commissioning for residential and commercial projects. Ensuring adherence to the highest technical standards and safety regulations is paramount. Office Management : You will oversee the launch and day-to-day operations of the Nineveh branch. This includes recruiting, training, and managing a team of technicians, developing client relationships, and ensuring branch profitability. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering. Native Arabic speaker with good English language skills for effective communication. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to build a high-performing team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies and a comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Iraq, particularly the Nineveh region. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant engineering software.
