About the Opportunity
Jobskey is hiring experienced Electrical Foremen for a prestigious high-rise building development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for skilled professionals with extensive experience supervising electrical installation works on large-scale commercial, residential, mixed-use, or high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily electrical installation activities and ensure work progresses according to project schedules.
Lead and coordinate electrical technicians, electricians, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Supervise the installation of: Power Distribution Systems
Lighting Systems
Cable Trays & Containment
Conduits & Trunking
ELV Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
Building Management Systems (BMS)
Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems
Ensure all installations comply with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and international standards.
Coordinate inspections with QA/QC Engineers, Consultants, and Client Representatives.
Monitor manpower productivity, material usage, and equipment utilization.
Coordinate electrical activities with Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, and MEP teams.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project updates to the Senior Electrical Engineer.
Ensure strict compliance with Quality Assurance (QA/QC) procedures and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related discipline.
Relevant trade certifications are an added advantage.
Experience Required
Minimum 10 years of experience supervising electrical installation works.
Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction projects.
Experience with main contractors on commercial, residential, hotel, or mixed-use developments.
Gulf experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia, will be an added advantage.
