About the role
You will lead and take responsibility across the Reckitt Nottingham Supply Site for Electrical Engineering, covering electrical strategies, legal compliance, business continuity and strategic development of electrical systems. Through the Reckitt Leadership Behaviours, lead, support & coach the System Engineers & Electrical competent persons covering Site Electrical Maintenance and Electrical Project Engineering against functional Key Performance Indicators which contribute to the overall site performance. Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and projects both within the department and cross functionally to ensure the performance of site with regards to electrical compliance, standards and systems.

Your responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing electrical engineering team , fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, coaching, succession planning, and continuous professional development while role-modelling Reckitt Leadership Behaviours.
Develop site-wide electrical capability and competence , ensuring robust training programmes are in place to meet legal requirements, support engineer development, and strengthen overall site expertise.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to electrical and control systems engineers, building capability, sharing best practice, and supporting long-term talent development across the site.
