SALARY:  $41.14 per hour starting wage Increased to $41.84 per hour after 60-day period Average Annual Earning > $101,535.40 with Overtime After 2 years and completion of maintenance technician MOU to advance technician will receive a $3.00 hourly rate increase on top of base rate. OT rate of 1.5x Saturday, 2.0x on Sundays/holidays  SHIFT: Based on Seniority (Standard shift is 8 hours, overtime opportunity +4 hours, max day is 12 hours.) Maintain the power distribution of plant equipment. Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, using precision measurement tools. Interpret schematics and equipment manuals. Analyze process data and make decisions on equipment maintenance and improvement activities.
