Ensure project schedules are met. Maximize customer satisfaction. Complete financial reporting and assist in managing cash flow. Ensure the safety of team members and customers. HIGH PAYOFF ACTIVITIES: Ensure Projects Achieve Financial Goals Work with PC to schedule and conduct PPM coordination meetings (Management & Field) based on standard format. Perform a scope and cost analysis of the project estimate to identify deficiencies and areas for cost savings. Review prime contract during contract review stage prior to signingK2 contract. Ensure field crews understand the scope and RFIs of the project in relation to the contract and plans. Identify change order scope and the most profitable approach. Ensure all change orders are captured. Monitor purchase requests to ensure material complies with project scope. Identify subcontractors to be used on each project. Manage Direct Report(s) to Ensure Team Goals are Achieved Identify/Update High Payoff Activities/Motivation Plans with Each Direct Report. Provide Feedback on Performance and Coaching for Improvement and Motivation. Formalize/Document. Identify and Address Training Needs for Each Direct Report(s). Teach Supers performance discussions. Help Team Members Identify and Solve Problems.
