As an Electrical Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the reliability of underground mining infrastructure and equipment across Northparkes Operations. Working as part of the Electrical Maintenance team, you'll perform planned and breakdown maintenance while supporting safe and efficient underground operations. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining and repairing underground electrical infrastructure and equipment Supporting underground communication systems, including leaky feeder networks Conducting fault-finding, repairs and preventative maintenance activities Working on HV and LV electrical systems across site Assisting with shutdowns, installations and improvement projects Contributing to equipment reliability and maintenance best practices Maintaining a strong safety culture and complying with site procedures This is a great opportunity to join a highly skilled team and gain exposure to a diverse range of underground mining systems and technologies.
