We believe that, together, we can create a brighter, more sustainable future while tackling the most pressing challenges of the 21st century.    We are looking for a  Electrical Technician to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week .    Essential Responsibilities: • Assist in system electrical layout • Specify improved electrical materials including wiring, connectors, PLC’s etc. • Create FRACAS (Failure Reporting and Cost Analysis System) entries as needed • Rework wiring harnesses as technical changes arise • Create wiring lists, and convert to electrical drawings • Make technical changes to hardware layout and administer using the ECO process • Perform I/O testing on systems in order to ready for startup • Assist in system startup procedures • Bench test electrical devices such as power supplies, battery assemblies, and PCB’s • Assist in troubleshooting gateway computers, and ancillary hardware • Make recommendations for electrical layout improvements • Assist in monitoring system performance at sub system level Skills Required: • Must be able to work from PID and wiring schematics • Must work well in a cross functional group setting • Must be able to use electrical hand held devices such as DVM, and DMM’s • Will demonstrate electrical safety practices including Lock-out-tag-out Education and Experience: • High school diploma with training certification.  • At least 7 years of related experience. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Trained and hands on Lock out tag out. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
