What you'll be doing
The Employee Experience team plays a central role in shaping and elevating the end-to-end employee journey at CIBC. As an Employee Experience Co-op, you'll support projects that strengthen employee journeys across the enterprise by helping the team review programs, identify opportunities for improvement, and create more streamlined, meaningful experiences for employees. You'll contribute to research, reporting, presentation development, and content creation that supports both internal stakeholders and the broader employee experience strategy. You'll also help collect and analyze information, identify content and experience gaps, and support the design of clear, engaging materials for employees. This role gives you the opportunity to work with a wide range of partners, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and build practical experience in analysis, communications, and experience design.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. Important information
We may ask you to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation, coding, French proficiency, MS Office). Our goal for the application process is to get to know more about you, all that you have to offer, and give you the opportunity to learn more about us.
