Engineer - Business Excellence

Key Responsibilities Support implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems and business excellence frameworks across the organization. Drive continuous improvement projects using structured problem-solving methodologies. Analyze business and operational data using Power BI and other digital tools to generate actionable insights. Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management review. Coordinate and work closely with Cross Functional Teams (CFTs) to execute improvement initiatives and achieve organizational objectives. Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation. Promote digitalization and automation initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for process improvement. Prepare management presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office applications. Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and improvement assessments. Encourage a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence across departments. Support leadership in strategic business excellence initiatives and change management activities. Prepare the MIS data for BEX function and extracting the valuable insights or gaps from data. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in engineering / Masters in TQM Experience 2-5 years of experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality Systems, Operational Excellence, or a related function. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Good knowledge of ISO Standards and Integrated Management System Frameworks. Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Exposure to digital transformation tools and process automation initiatives. Strong command over MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred Qualifications Lead Auditor Certification ISO 9001,14000 &45001 standards, certification in Lean or Operational Excellence. Experience in dashboard development and business analytics. Exposure to manufacturing or industrial operations.
