Engineer IV About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our growing engineering team as a technical leader and individual contributor. You will drive technical decisions, lead complex projects, and mentor junior and mid-level developers while building scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions using modern technologies. This role offers the opportunity to shape our technical architecture and engineering culture while delivering high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture Lead technical design and architecture decisions for complex, scalable systems Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes across the team Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and architectural approaches Design and implement scalable web applications using modern .NET and Vue.js/React.js/Angular.js Development & Delivery Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that serves as an example for the team Lead complex technical projects from conception to delivery Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services Work with Azure to design, deploy and maintain scalable applications Team Leadership & Collaboration Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers Lead code reviews and drive improvements to development standards and processes Collaborate with engineering teams, product management, and design to implement technical solutions Present technical solutions and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership Participate in hiring decisions and conduct technical interviews Process & Quality Lead implementation of automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipeline development Drive technical discussions and facilitate architectural decision-making Lead Agile/Scrum practices and contribute to sprint planning…
