Printer problem solving, troubleshooting
Printer repair, bigfix, parts replacement.
Printer maintains, health check, remote monitor
Printer BIOS update/upgrade
Inventory update and record
Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assign.
Requirements:
Immediate Available is an advantage
Experience in HP Printing service and support E.g. JetAdmin, Printing console, Remote support and monitor tools
Strong communication skills are required
Proactive, Independent, and able to work under pressure
Academics:
Certificated/Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
