Good food also respects our planet and protects resources for future generations.   Get to know us better at www.nestle.com   Join Nestlé Team and be a Force For Good!   We are currently looking for an Engineering Associate Trainee to join our Engineering team.   Location: Karacabey   Type of contract:  Temporary (10 Months)   As a Engineering Associate Trainee, you will have the following responsibilities;   Support the maintenance and operation of factory infrastructure, electrical and mechanical utilities to ensure safe and reliable service continuity.   Support the preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems in line with Nestlé standards and site requirements.   Support the preparing and maintaining regular reports related to maintenance activities, utilities performance and compliance requirements according to Nestlé standards.   Provide assistance support to electrical and mechanical teams during daily operations, troubleshooting and improvement activities.   Support factory internal audits by preparing required technical documentation, following action plans and contributing to compliance improvements.   Which profile are we looking for?   University degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronical Engineering etc.)   Newly graduated or maximum 2 years of work experience in related operations (Technical, Maintenance,Automation…)   Excellent command of both written and spoken English   Good MS Office skills   Strong written and oral communication skills   Competent in analyzing, problem solving, planning, organization and teamwork   Ability to interact with all levels of employees and willing to work multitask with cross functional departments   What are our employee community values?   Safety, quality, compliance and respect are pillars for our community existence.   Respect is our overaching value in Nestlé.
