How will you make an impact?
Technical design and architecture of fullstack solutions, ensuring scalability, performance and security across both frontend and backend systems.
Drive engineering excellence across the team by establishing and championing coding standards, design patterns and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering growth and capability development aligned with the Quantium engineering capability framework.
Collaborate with product managers, delivery managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions.
Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews and design forums for major features and system components.
Own and drive the engineering roadmap for assigned products and services, balancing technical debt reduction with feature development.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust deployment practices and operational reliability.
Lead incident response, conduct post-mortems and implement systemic improvements to prevent recurrence.
Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices across the team. Contribute to cross-team technical initiatives, knowledge sharing and the broader Quantium engineering community.
Actively take part and contribute in scrum meetings to partner with all team members including the product and delivery managers.
The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:
Core Experience
Engineering degree – B.E / M.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, or equivalent with 10+ years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-grade fullstack applications across both frontend and backend
Experience with engineering enterprise-grade applications in the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, ASP.NET Core) – on-premise or on-cloud
Very good experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving complex web applications involving complicated technology stacks.
Experience in having technical accountability for managing multiple applications simultaneously and leading a team of around five to eight engineers.
ASP.NET Core – MVC, Razor Pages; Angular, React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, JS-based build tools, LESS/SASS.
.NET, .NET Core, C#, API design and development, RESTful services; SQL, NoSQL – strong in high-volume CRUD concepts.
