Engineering Manager

We are hiring an Engineering Manage r experienced in Water projects in Saudi Arabia ( SWCC ) to join an ongoing Water Transmission project and help create processes and execute strategies to ensure the project is developed in a timely manner. Employer: Contracting company (confidential) Client: SWCC  Location: Riyadh  Experience: minimum 10 years Responsibilities: Researching and developing new products. Responsible for solving any engineering issue that comes up in a project Building project budgets and overseeing the successful execution of projects throughout the year. Work closely with different teams to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and budget Research and develop designs and products Determine the need for training and talent development Hire contractors and build teams Ensure products have the support of upper management Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes. Check their teams work for technical accuracy Coordinate work with other managers and staff Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering Great analytical and math skills Incredible problem solving abilities Ability to collaborate with many other teams Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product MBA or Master's in engineering preferred Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers Ability to give constructive criticism Ability to make decisions quickly
