The Role You'll own recruitment across a range of Engineering and Product roles , partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand their teams, build effective sourcing strategies and bring exceptional talent into the business. You won't simply be managing vacancies. You'll be helping shape the teams responsible for building and scaling technology that is changing how energy works. What you'll be doing Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering and Product , from briefing through to offer and onboarding. Partner closely with Engineering and Product leaders to understand their hiring plans, team structures and future talent requirements. Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for highly competitive technical talent. Identify and engage Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Leaders and other specialist technology profiles. Build strong talent pipelines across the French-speaking market and wider European technology ecosystem .
