Do you have, or are you about to get, a degree in Electrical/Telecoms, Civil/ Structural, Mechanical / Energy Engineering or as a Quantity Surveyor?

With over 1000 engineers, quantity surveyors and related technical professionals, ESB is dedicated to investing in engineering related expertise and developing critical skills to support Ireland’s future growth and development.
ESB’s Technical Graduate Programme is designed for STEM graduates with less than two years’ experience, offering structured development, real responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to our Net Zero by 2040 strategy. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, quantity surveyors and technical professionals on projects that matter.
What You’ll Work On:
Delivering energy infrastructure projects for Ireland, with opportunities to be involved at every stage of the project lifecycle
Designing, planning and building the electricity network of the future
Helping to shape ESB's generation fleet on site, ensuring the safety, reliability and resilience of our thermal and renewable energy facilities
Supporting Ireland's largest private telecoms network, helping keep ESB's infrastructure connected and operating safely
Supporting ESB’s customers to optimise their energy use & develop sustainable energy solutions
