Note: 1 vacancy available. This position is deemed a critical vacancy. Work Mode: This position is hybrid, three days on-site per week. Payband: This position is paid at Payband G. $35.29 - $40.73  per hour. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Why this Role is Important   The incumbent reports to the Manager, Admissions. The incumbent is responsible for the administration related to the admission, registration and graduation of students.  In order to achieve this, the incumbent is required to make decisions, participate in communicating a wide variety of information, maintaining detailed academic records and processing applications from www.ontariocolleges.ca or our international Virtual Application System (VAS).    The incumbent is a subject specialist on admissions assessments, registration, and student record progression.  T hey play a key role in the promotion of goodwill between the college community and our students. They must ensure that all possible assistance is provided to students to facilitate their education and future employment. How You’ll Make an Impact Admissions, Registration and Progression Responds to inquiries from students internal and external to the College Community, in compliance with the regulations of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).
