The Enrollment Services Student Assistant provides front-line support to students, faculty, and staff while assisting with projects and initiatives that advance the department’s mission. This role offers hands-on experience in student services, customer support, and administrative processes, helping students develop professional skills in communication, technology, organization, and equity and inclusion.   https://osucascades.edu/enrollment-services Position Duties: Enrollment Services Information and Assistance: Greet visitors and answer walk-in or telephone questions from students, faculty, and staff; provide information and referrals. Follows Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) when working with confidential information. Support Enrollment Services projects such as communication plans, event promotions, social media, etc. Attend and participate in paid weekly meetings and trainings on Enrollment Services related support. Assist with various additional tasks and projects needed by the department.
