This role is mission-critical to building operational maturity and automating end-to-end business processes across finance, accounting, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and customer success. Acting as both a high-level business administration process architect, and a technical system steward, this individual needs a high level of alignment between system functionality to real-world business operations. Deep understanding of master data, revenue lifecycle management, ERP/CRM integrations, and cross-functional process mapping is essential. This role also supports M&A readiness and execution, serving as a key leader in system integration, process harmonization, and post-acquisition ERP alignment.
