Environmental Services EVS Manager

Job Description Aramark is recruiting an experienced Environment Services Manager to oversee our custodial operations at a manufacturing plant in Granton, Nova Scotia. The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing facility solutions to ensure all heath and safety standards are met at the 3 sites and lead the operations of the facility accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations.  Job Responsibilities •    Responsible for running daily cleaning operations of cafeterias, offices, and lavatories •    Hire, train, and coach new staff providing a safe working environment •    Manage and direct approximately 40 non-unionized staff throughout the 3 locations •    Ensure staffing levels are met and the right people are in the right job •    Ensure staff scheduled for roles are trained and/or cross trained to complete tasks •    Maintain inventory and ordering oversight to ensure proper levels are stocked •    Manage and maintain safety reports •    Process daily paperwork; update reporting documentation as required •    Conduct root cause analysis for service fail issues and define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence •    Participate in regular business and performance reviews with customer At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
