The Role
As an Epic certified Revenue Cycle Analyst at Tegria, you'll work closely with our customers to identify and implement deliverables and outcomes as agreed upon in your statement of work. Beyond implementation, you'll mentor the customer's fulltime team, share your Epic and healthcare IT expertise, escalate issues, and ensure project success.

What You'll Do
Client Engagement & Delivery
Work independently or as part of a healthcare IT project team on client engagements
Serve as the Epic liaison between diverse IT and operations groups
Create and maintain project plans for Epic go-lives, upgrades, or implementations
Evaluate and document current-state processes through discovery and analysis
Build, test, train, convert, and deploy infrastructure, workflows, policies, and processes
Document measurable outcomes through KPI analysis and impact tracking
Communicate effectively, escalate proactively, and navigate decision-making pathways
Wrap projects professionally with outcomes documentation, lessons-learned, and leave-behind materials
Mentor customer counterparts for sustainable long-term ownership and growth
Internal Tegria Coordination
Submit timesheets and expenses weekly
Deliver client and internal status reports as needed
Attend project team check-ins for larger initiatives
Complete onboarding and offboarding on schedule
Maintain equipment accountability throughout your engagement
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
Active, up-to-date Epic Access certifications
3+ years hands-on Epic analyst experience
Knowledge and hands-on experience in application reporting
Proven analyst work background
Comfort working remotely and/or traveling to client sites
Willingness to travel
Nice to Have:
Multiple Epic certifications beyond the required modules
Prior healthcare IT consulting experience
Demonstrated project, risk, or change management capability
Formal project management certification (PMP or CSM)
Process improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or equivalent)
Salary Range
