Job Descriptions:
Managing the Assembly Engineering machine related to:
FOL (SMT, Solder Paste Printing, Chip Cap Attach, Fluxer, Reflow Oven, Flux Clean)
MOL/EOL (Dispenser, Reflow Oven, Lid/Stiffener Attach, Ball Mount, Indium Attach,
Fluxer)
Production line equipment maintenance on shift to meet planned KPIs goal.
Execute exactly according Spec, WI, OPL and BKM to maintain equipment.
Equipment ramp up and conversion to support production volume loading.
Perform PM / CAL of production equipment.
Provide technical support / solutions to resolve equipment and hardware related issues.
Conduct Training on equipment operation and maintenance to operator and technician1.
Meet all company requirements on 5s, quality, EHS and discipline.
Perform other duties as required assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics
Language: Basic English reading and writing ability
Experience: 0~2 years industrial experience with 0~2 years equipment development or equipment
Maintenance experience
Nice to Have:
Experience in DIE ATTACH.
Experience in SMT (Surface-Mount Technology).
Familiar with equipment operation and know basic maintenance of production equipment.
Basic communication skill and good learning and feedback ability
