POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for a variety of analytical and programming assignments that provide for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise software used within the company. This includes, but is not limited to the configuration, development, support, and training of Infor Syteline Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and supporting software platforms. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Primary accountability for specific functions and results) 1. Serves as a positive role model consistent with Polo’s corporate culture at all times. 2. Designs, customizes, documents, maintains and supports Infor Syteline ERP and supporting software. 3. Write and test custom code or scripts to tailor ERP modules to business needs. 4. Build integrations and APIs to connect the ERP with third-party software and legacy systems. 5. Troubleshoot software bugs, fix production issues, and provide technical user support. 6. Design custom reports, data migration tools, and database queries 7. Coordinate with all departments to improve use of ERP and supporting systems. 8. Perform upgrades of ERP and supporting software 9. Provide backup support to IT Help Desk. 10. Maintain continued education of Syteline and software development technologies. 11.
