The role serves as the business and technology program leader responsible for integrating operational, functional, digital, and organizational-readiness workstreams into a single program roadmap and execution plan. The position is part of the Silfex Information Technology organization and reports to the IT Director. The role partners closely with the overall India Program Manager, functional leaders, business subject matter experts, the Silfex ERP functional and technical teams, Lam digital organizations, platform teams, and external implementation partners. The role requires broad experience deploying ERP solutions in manufacturing environments and expanding business systems into new geographies. Plex experience is beneficial but is not the primary selection criterion.
