What You’ll Do Efficiently manage ERP project resources, optimizing utilization, and ensure maximum productivity within defined constraints. Monitor and ensure the quality of deliverables, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement based on your experience and insights. Leverage your experience to navigate unforeseen challenges, adapt methodologies when necessary, and drive innovation within project execution. Proactively identify risks, leverage your experience to develop robust mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep ERP projects on course. Manage and oversee all stages of the project lifecycle from inception to retirement, ensuring alignment with business goals, and optimizing processes across phases. Engage with stakeholders at various levels, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations throughout the lifecycle. Lead and empower project teams, delegating tasks, fostering a collaborative environment, and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy across multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. Apply Agile principles and best practices as an experienced scrum master managing multiple scrum teams. Run Agile ceremonies, sessions, and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Requirements Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information sciences or related field or equivalent experience Must have 8+ years of meaningful experience in program/project management experience with proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
