Overview
The ESD Program Manager will join the Food & Nutrition Team and support many different roles within a very fast-paced environment. This specific role will administer the Summer EBT program and supervise Summer EBT temps. The Food & Nutrition team is responsible for administering the 3SVT program (SNAP) and many other sub-programs. Collaboration with the USDA's Food & Nutrition Administration, community partners and advocates of VT, and many other state liaisons will be a part of the day-to-day work. A high degree of independence and teamwork is required, managing many different priorities at once and shifting focus depending on business needs.

Environmental Factors
Duties are performed in a variety of office and field settings. Private means of transportation must be available for necessary travel. Attendance at a variety of meetings is required, involving state, federal, private agencies or interest and advocacy groups, sometimes during weekends and evening hours. Tact and perseverance are necessary incumbent skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Three (3) years as a Benefits Program Specialist, Reach Up Case Manager or other similar related job experience in ESD OR Four (4) years of human services case management experience.
