Geotab is seeking a Compliance Lead who will be responsible for operationalizing our compliance programs and championing a culture of integrity at Geotab. What you'll do:
As a Compliance Lead your key area of responsibility will be driving adherence to our policies, procedures, and evolving global regulatory requirements by designing and executing right-sized compliance initiatives. You will need to work closely with Legal, Finance, Technology, HR, IT, Operations, and Senior Management.
To be successful in this role you will be a high-performance, tech-forward individual with strong agility, integrity, communication, and leadership skills. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong risk and control orientation, strategic thinking, analytical capability, and a focus on continuous improvement.
How you'll make an impact:
Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive, risk-based ethics and compliance strategy—proactively identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and aligning programs to global business goals without waiting to be directed.
