About Us

Position: Front of House Event Colleague (Zero-Hour Contract)

What You'll Be Doing
Front of House & Guest Experience
Welcome and assist guests, providing a warm, professional first impression
Support with meeting and event setups, from arranging rooms to setting out refreshments
Ensure catering areas and event spaces are clean, tidy, and well presented at all times
Assist with events, topping up refreshments, helping with AV, and making sure everything runs smoothly
Act as a point of contact for client queries and last-minute requests
Event & Venue Support
Help with behind-the-scenes admin such as scheduling, signage, and feedback forms
Support the team with social media content and promotional activity
Take part in creative planning sessions to bring fresh ideas to events at The Nest
What Were Looking For
A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people
Someone proactive, reliable, and happy to get stuck in
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
Flexibility to work a mix of daytime, evening, and occasional weekend shifts
